Not at all. Many couples arrive as complete beginners. We guide you step by step in a safe, supportive way, meeting you exactly where you are.

Each session is unique, but often includes breathwork, guided meditation, sound healing, and somatic practices to release tension and open deeper intimacy. We also integrate conversation, reflection, and practical tools you can take home with you.

While much of our work is centered around couples who wish to deepen intimacy and connection, we also welcome individuals. You may choose to work with us together, experiencing a balance of healthy masculine and feminine energy, or book a solo session with either of us individually. Each path is designed to support you exactly where you are.

Consent is foundational. Every step is guided by your comfort, with regular check-ins to make sure you feel safe and respected. Nothing is ever done without clear agreement.

I received a healing session from Sydney, I was not sure what to expect but I went in with an open heart and an open mind. Prior to this I had never received body/healing work from a man. I have a long history of sexual abuse and trauma and I never felt safe enough to be vulnerable to allow myself to receive massages or healing touch from anyone other than my previous partners. I went through a recent divorce and I am currently in an intentional celibacy phase. I was called to listen to my intuition and face any fears, discomforts or preconceptions that I held and I allowed myself to fully receive Sydney's healing massage. This session turned out to be more that I could have ever expected. We started out with tantric breathwork and eye gazing which allow me to drop into my heart and body to become fully present. He took me through an expansive sound healing journey while I was lying in the comfort of a heated vibrating massage bed. He also provides headphones that are synced with the massage table and that in itself is soothing and healing. Sydney is gentle, kind, open hearted, respectful, present, vulnerable and gets consent for every action involved in the healing process. He embodies divine safe masculine energy. I felt seen, heard, celebrated and first and foremost SAFE. He actively checks in with you throughout the entire session and he speaks life-giving positive affirmations into your heart. I was able to fully relax and receive the soul medicine that my body, mind and spirit were calling in. I didnt realize how much I needed this practice. I felt layers of guarded energy falling away, I was able to let my walls down and this is something I once thought was impossible being in such a vulnerable state. The session was involved and multilayered with every action executed with the upmost care. It was private, sacred and endearing. The next morning I woke up feeling like a new woman, there was a palpable difference in my belly/womb area. I was able to access a level of pleasure that I so deeply desired. Their loving touch allowed my body to truly open.
